From the loom to the living room
Raisin IRF was established in 2011 upon a single, abiding conviction: that a hand-knotted Persian or silk rug is a work of art in its own right. In the years since, we have become one of the most trusted names in the trade, acquiring our pieces directly from master weavers across the world.
Yet we observed the same quiet disappointment time and again. A client would acquire a rug of genuine distinction, bring it home — and find it strangely diminished. The furniture contended with it; the room had no language for it. And so we resolved to compose the rooms ourselves.
A rug of true distinction deserves a room that knows how to receive it.
